How often are you taking the opportunity to do things you love! That could include anything as simple as taking a bath to traveling the world. I feel like Self-Love is becoming overused and the "worlds new description" has been diluted. According to google self love is "Self-love is a state of appreciation for oneself that grows from actions that support our physical, psychological and spiritual growth. Self-love means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness. Self-love means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others."
AND I AGREE.
The world has turned self-love into a negative selfish meaning and there is no other way of saying that is DELUSIONAL. I am NOT saying by all means we should love ourselves to a point of seeing us as better than everyone else. Just like all things there is a healthy balance. In anything we do or are apart of there is good and bad. The idea is to learn what that healthy balance is.

A few months ago I read a Facebook Post by Sean Whalen a few months ago about how we treat ourselves like economy instead of First Class.
