I have been in and around severe depression, I have been through sexual abuse, I hated my body for years, I was in a failing marriage and I was miserable. I want you to know I get it. I walk the walk. LIFE is stinking stressful and it will throw you down in the dirt drag you around pick you up and then throw you back into the mud. The question isn't when is it going to get easier...It's How can I make this easier on myself. We don't give ourselves enough credit for all the good things we do. We are consistently tearing ourselves and others down. It's time to stop this cycle. I created this retreat so that women have a place to go and FEEL sexy, loved and adored. A place to find healing. |
