What is the purpose of this class?

Both Sara and I have both learned and studied the chakras and we want to share this information with you! Together we provide a high-level introduction or refreshers class for those looking to dive deeper into their chakra system. Each week we will focus one one chakra. Throughout the week we have assignments (don't worry they are easy) and we will also be checking in on you. Seriously, this is the ultimate deal, you are basically getting taught all about the chakras, a coach to hold you accountable and an energy healing session for 7 weeks! Chakra Wellness Course is a 7 week online course each Saturday at 9 AM MST!

Each week we will be teaching you about one chakra. You will learn ways to balance, what they mean, yoga poses, sound therapy, color therapy, food and more! You will also get a bonus meditation given by Jerica Church to align your chakras. This is basically 7 weeks of energy healing sessions! Throughout the week we ask you to do a few things to connect with each chakra. You will have group support and individual support from both Sara & Jerica.
