7 Week Chakra Wellness Course
Chakra Wellness Course is a 7 week online course each Saturday at 9 AM MST!
Hosted by Jerica Church.
Each week we will be teaching you about one chakra. You will learn ways to balance, what they mean, yoga poses, sound therapy, color therapy, food and more! You will also get a bonus meditation given by Jerica Church to align your chakras. This is basically 7 weeks of energy healing sessions! Throughout the week we ask you to do a few things to connect with each chakra. You will have group support and individual support from Jerica.
